Your selected option includes:

  • the €2,890 Signature Roast programme fee;
  • the green coffee allocation stated in the selected variant;
  • three individually developed roast profiles;
  • three 250 g tasting samples;
  • one additional refinement profile and sample if required;
  • roasting of the remaining allocation after your approval;
  • documentation of the approved roast curve;
  • personalised 250 g packaging;
  • portioning and packing.

Shipping costs are not included and are charged separately.

Green coffee typically loses approximately 20% of its weight during roasting. The tasting samples are taken from the purchased allocation.

This is a fully personalised order. Coffee sourcing and production begin only after full payment and confirmation of the personalisation details. Once sourcing or personalised production has begun, the programme fee, reserved coffee allocation and costs already incurred are non-refundable, except where mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise.

Allocation and fulfilment

The stated 15 kg quantity refers to the purchased green coffee allocation.

Green coffee typically loses approximately 20% of its weight during roasting. The tasting samples are taken from the purchased allocation and therefore reduce the quantity remaining for final production.

The remaining allocation is roasted only after the client has approved the final roast profile.

The approved roast curve is documented and reproduced for the remainder of the same reserved coffee lot.

Shipping costs for the samples and completed allocation are not included in the displayed price.
