This document outlines the terms and conditions for purchases made on the website www.monarchbeans.com, operated by Monarchbeans e.U. (hereinafter: "Webshop"). By purchasing through the Webshop, the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions (T&C).

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully, and use our Webshop only if you agree to all the points outlined.

3. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all legal transactions and services conducted through the Webshop. By using the Webshop, the customer acknowledges the binding nature of these terms.

The service provider reserves the right to unilaterally modify the terms. Any changes shall take effect upon their publication in the Webshop.

4. Available Products and Services

The Webshop offers coffee beans, coffee brewing accessories, gift sets, and related products.

The product features, prices, packaging sizes, and availability are indicated on the respective product pages. Orders can be placed exclusively online via the Webshop.

5. Ordering Process

– The customer adds the selected product to the cart.
– On the checkout page, billing and shipping information is entered.
– Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions is mandatory to complete the order.
– An automatic confirmation email is sent upon order receipt.
– The contract is concluded electronically and is valid in either English or German. It does not qualify as a written agreement signed by both parties.

6. Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in euros and include VAT (where applicable). Prices displayed in the Webshop are valid at the time of the order.

7. Shipping Information

8. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, please send an email to hello@monarchbeans.com. The exact conditions and exceptions are outlined in our Return Policy.

Please note: The right of withdrawal is excluded:
– for products made to individual specifications (e.g. packaging with company logos);
– for products whose seal has been broken after delivery and which cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons.

9. Warranty

Products are subject to the statutory warranty provisions under Austrian and EU law. In the case of faulty delivery, please contact our customer service immediately.

Disputes should primarily be resolved amicably through mutual agreement. If this fails, Austrian courts shall have jurisdiction.

12. Limitation of Liability

The service provider accepts no liability for damages resulting from the Webshop being unavailable due to technical issues, maintenance work, or other reasons, or if the customer is unable to use the Webshop.

These Terms and Conditions apply to every order. The service provider reserves the right to amend the terms at any time; previous orders remain unaffected by such changes.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
