Shipping destinations and rates
We offer shipping to the destinations available at checkout.
Shipping costs depend on the delivery destination, shipment weight and selected shipping method. Available shipping options and the applicable charges are displayed at checkout before you place your order.
If no shipping option is available for your address, please contact us before placing an order.
Order processing
Orders for in-stock products are dispatched within 1–2 business days after the order is placed. We do not dispatch orders on weekends or public holidays. Delivery time is additional to this processing period.
Estimated delivery times
The following delivery times are counted from dispatch and are additional to our 1–2 business day order processing period:

Austria: approximately 1–3 business days, depending on the selected shipping method.

Germany: approximately 2 business days for parcel services; 5–10 business days for Austrian Post Economy letter services.

Hungary: approximately 2 business days for parcel services.
These are estimated transit times, not guaranteed delivery dates. Public holidays and carrier delays may extend delivery times.
For other destinations, delivery times depend on the destination country and shipping service. Customs clearance may cause additional delays for destinations outside the EU.
