Our philosophy

I believe that coffee should be an experience – not just a morning habit. That’s why I keep the selection deliberately small: only those beans make it into our collection that stand out with unique origins, rare processing methods, and unforgettable taste notes. With every bag you discover, a new region of the coffee world opens up to you.

How we work

I carefully monitor the offers of Europe’s leading green-coffee importers and choose only lots with certified origin and sustainability background. Many times, award-winning roasters also bring new gems to my attention. Together, we make sure that the roast perfectly highlights the coffee’s character.
After roasting, the beans are rested according to professional standards so that they can reach their full potential. From there, packaging, capsule production (when applicable), and hand-finished labeling prepare them for you.
